Springfield Development - Time is running out
Thursday, 26 February 2009 17:44

As you may be aware, Wandsworth Council’s Planning Application Committee will be meeting on Thursday March 12th at 7.30pm at the Town Hall to decide whether to grant outline planning permission to develop Springfield Hospital.  If approved it will mean;

•    1200 new housing units
•    1000 additional car-parking spaces
•    High-rise flats
•    10 years of building work

There is now very little time left for local residents to formally object.

I have formally objected to these plans - you can read my objections here

Objections can only be made by either writing to Richard Evans, The Planning Service, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU or emailing  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (please send me a copy of any objections you make).

Please do not lose the last opportunity you have to let the Council know what you think of these plans.

If you have already objected, it is worth checking with your neighbours and local friends to see whether they have.
